It started with one of your employee name Kajal singh has reached out to me for job opportunity with Teksystems for client Cisco.
On day she called me multiple times to get the email confirmation and texted on WhatsApp post 10pm I did not looked at unprofessional and she said or the fact she has promised that the interview process will take less than 3 days and she spoke it will take only 5 minutes to get feedback of the interview whether it is select or reject and all non sense and confirmed she will schedule interview for in a day or two at Max.
Being unemployed this during December this has bought me a ray of hope and was checking with her for the interview confirmation everyday it took her a week time to schedule the interview and I can understand this, interview was scheduled on 4 November at 7am in the morning when I joined and informed her that meeting was not yet started after 5 minutes she asked me to wait for 15 more minutes post which meeting did not start when called her she (kajal singh) she will get back to in 5 minutes he has responded after minutes with an update stating that meeting was at 3 hours ago and there was a miscommunication and she was not sorry about it.
After few days on 6th November kajal scheduled a meeting with the client with a promise of she will give me feedback with in 5 minutes and there will be only one round. It has been week since then I am trying to follow up on the feedback untill today she has no update.
I sent an email to Rod as kajal informed she is waiting for update from him asking for the status Rod was pretty quick in response and very prompt replied me informing he still waiting for update.
Today I tried to follow up with kajal arround 7pm asking for the status she had insisted me to send an email to Rod looping kajal so that she can escalate
I had sent an email upon her insist in 30 minutes she called me back informing it was a reject when asked her what was the feedback she said I was not fit for the role.
I was surprised and wanted to understand where exactly it went wrong I have texted Rod asking him for the same and to my surprise Rod mentioned that he hasn't yet received any update from the client and this misinformation provided to by Kajal.
I hope this not the same behaviour with the rest of the recruitment team and with this something very unprofessional behaviour.
I wanted this to bring this to your attention so that this will not be happening to other job seekers in future.
