Initial phone screen to discuss background and qualifications. Also to learn about the company, culture and job responsibilities. In person interview with the Director of Business Operations. If all goes well, then you're invited in for a 1/2 day interview (includes a panel interview and job shadowing).

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going

I made it to a third-round interview and spent an hour on a zoom call with someone to never hear from them again. It took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone to schedule each interview, so the whole process took over a month. for nothing.
