Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who I had spoken with previously about a new opportunity. We had a short call and then I had a 1 hour interview with 2 other program managers. I did follow up with them a few times afterwards and was told the position was put on hold for now.

Describe a situation where a client was unhappy and how you handled it.
The interview process was lengthy. In the time between the unofficial offer and official offer, I was offered another job at a separate company and a promotion at my former company. I probably would have accepted the job offer at TRC had the process been swifter.
