One 30-60 min interview asking mostly about myself. No technical questions. They were super friendly and genuinely want to learn about you. They are specifically looking for Engineering Leaders and people that can join the company full time after graduation.
Had a total of three interviews. One with HR, then with a couple of engineers, and then with the director of engineering. The overall process took about three weeks with a week in between each interview.
