Interview
The process begin when a recruiter speaks contact via phone and email. The people in charge were very informative . I had to reschedule my interview AND request a phone interview both of which they agreed to do to cut down on the travelling that I would have to undertake. The process was very intriguing and much like interviewing with a large governmental position.

Interview
It was not informative at all. I was interviewed by two people and one seemed completely disinterested in the process herself. You spend more time getting into the building than having an opportunity to present yourself. It seemed like a formality and that decisions had already been made. Perhaps it was a quota that had to be met. Never heard one way or the other about their interest or disinterest.

interviewed in front of a panel of 4 people and they made efforts to make me comfortable. The first half of the interview was explaining the project they were interviewing me to work on. The second half was run-of-the-mill questions.

I was called on a Thursday, for an interview on the Monday. There was no flexibility to scheduling whatsoever. It had been more than 2 months since I had applied and was called out of the blue.
