Three rounds of interview. Meeting different people and future coworkers and manager in later stages. Process took couple of weeks but HR was always in touch and all went as expected.

Test with practical use cases to solve. It is good way how to see skills of the candidate as well as it is good to for candidate to be able to see what actual tasks might look like.
