I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TeamHealth in Nov 2010
Interview
I had two different experiences. The first time the recruiter was very excited and motivated to acquire me and provide very specific details and acknowledge my skill/experience level
The second time which was a few years later, a different recruiter sounded pleasant and somewhat interested. However she could not provide details. She never followed up; that's very bad for recruiting

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TeamHealth in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview involved the Medical Director and Regional Director APCs. The questions were as expected. We then toured the facility and met staff. Afterwards, the Regional Director invited me to lunch and I accepted. It was less formal and we got to know each other better - both on a professional and personal level.
