I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Teavana (King of Prussia, PA) in Sep 2013
Interview
The interview was pretty simple. The manager made me a cup of tea and we went to a bench outside the store and he asked basic interview questions. Took about 20 minutes or less. Got a call back within a week.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Teavana (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The manager was on time and kind. He asked common interview questions and a few advanced because he was trying to see if I would be a good fit for a manager position given my experience. I asked how I did after and he gave a very honest answer which I always really appreciate

The interview process wasn't long or tedious. It took only one interview because the Assistant Manager was out of town assisting another storm. The longest part was waiting for the background check
