The process began with basic questions sheet, with puzzles and numbers. Very easy. Then I spoke with the VP of Finance who asked what I knew about the company, my strengths, etc. Then I spoke to the VP of engineering, who asked about my resume and some technical questions. You really had to know your stuff. But then again, the position asked for 5+ years of experience, and I had 0. So maybe you will do better.
