One of my greatest gifts is communicating with other people, understanding their problems, and finding solutions to those problems. One of my clients was about to close his account for the entire country, and I made a decision to meet with him in person to listen to his concern and provide a solution. I asked him to give me an opportunity to work with him and help with the process, which he did. The outcome was that he not only stayed within the company but also gave us a new account.
