I started to work as an Administrator Assistant in an Engineering Dept in 1989. In the old days, collecting information for Yield Reporting was manual but I have created a basic program for processing information from database. After several years, I was invited to join Finance Dept and worked to the final closing of our manufacturing operation after transfered to Thailand. Do not armed with any knowledge of accounting, but committed to learn and grasp all the accounting process and rules, I have diligently gain accounting knowledge through job training and reading. My curiosity nature and passionate to deliver, has impressed my superior and was assigned to more responsible job task along the way, due to my commitment and job performance. I have also assisted my top management in office administrative tasks as I have experience in office duties prior joining Finance Dept as Accountant, but due to my office skills, my previous role continues as Administrator Assistant. And thus, I hold two positions. One of the weakness during my tenure in my previous company, I was a quiet person but I am able learn to ask questions and communicate with all level of management and Business Partner to access necessary information or deeper insight to any job tasks given to present a reporting (thanks to joining a public speaking club, I am able to brush up my communication skills). Lastly, I worked hard and also play hard but when comes to commitment of a given job, will diligently complete and submit per ad hoc/dateline request. Thank you, ChoyYin,Wong. Jan 7th, 2019
