Over the years, the experience that I have gained has enabled me to be effective in this role. I am extremely driven and motivated. I also possess great interpersonal, communication and leadership capabilities. I hold a bachelor degree in software engineering and also have a few other IT certifications under my belt. In my previous IT role, I effectively led two teams to deliver releasable products every iteration as well as facilitating all scrum ceremonies. I believe my knowledge and experience in the IT sector makes me a good fit for this role
