Couple of phone screning. Followed by a 2 hour skype interview. 3 people are there in the skype round. Gave correct answer to all the questions they asked. But the 3rd person seems to be very rough and tough from the begaining. Seems like he has doubt from the begaining that i may not be the perfect fit for this job. He said my profile seems to be very good, more likely related to application security but not exact match for this role. He start asking some question that is hard to understand. He was trying to make complex some very basic question. I gave my answer in perspective of web application but he was expecting something else, in terms of network. But my answers are also correct. For Example: describe basic hand shaking protocol. There is many answer to this questions. So in the middle of the interview he mute the mic and after 2-3 min decide not to continue as he thought my answers are wrong. This is a unprofessional behaviour and attitude. I found this very rude, when i interviewed with the other manager in previous round, everything was good. Even we found this position a match. If he has doubt then why dont he pass me rather wasting my time.
