Group introduction to the company followed by being sent onto the shop floor to observe staff on the tills followed by an individual interview. Received a telephone call approx. 5 days later with an offer.
The interview was a group interview. The setting and the interviewer made me feel at ease. The entire process was very quick and simple and everyone was friendly. Easy interview.
