Tesco Customer Service interview questions

Group Interview - asked general questions for us to answer in-front of everyone. Filled in a sheet on availability and other possible options to work at in-case we were located closer to another store.

I applied online and received a phone call just over a week later asking me to come for an interview which I did 4 days later. You filled out availability sheet and they asked you 5 scenario based question, talked about you would get from Tesco then I was took to the shop floor and put with someone who worked there an basically followed him around for 10 minutes to get a feel of what it would be like to work there. I went yesterday for my interview and was told I would be contacted by the end of the week.
