Interview was more intense than applying for an engineering role, jokes.
Got the job as customer service after all that interview drama. They feed you all this customer service excellence but once you start you realise is like in all retail jobs. They even took me to the counters to see how you interact with customers, later on I found out I was the only one who went through that during interview.

Group interview are the worse they try to make you compete with other applicants. I felt sorry for a lady who really seemed to need the job. Don't know if she got the job.
Easy - just wanted to know if I had any customer service experience. Was offered the job in 2 weeks and started the week after.quick process and nice friendly company
It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
