Really easy, show that you have experience with dealing with the general public. Any experience is relevant be it school, family or social club. Show that you are outgoing and approachable. Smile because you will be talking to the general public. Show work ethic.

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
