short and sweet, very polite, followed a script. short interview only lasted 20 minutes. had a sheet with all the questions on. very very quick, was hired on the spot

Straightforward with examples of customer service, dealing with conflict - staff and customers. Resolving issues that arise in a large store ranging from leaks in the roof to customers injured when using travelators.
