Pretty simple: asked about previous experience and highlight interests as they relate to the project(s) at hand. Not too technical but included conversation about technical experience. Pretty relaxed and to the point for the most part. The issue comes in being offered the job, accepting, then being ghosted and promptly rejected.

What does your GIS education/knowledge/experience include?
Phone screening with talent agency person then a teams meeting with the hiring manager. The interview lasted about 30 mins in total. Many generic interviews questions. I found it to be an easy interview.
Phone screening, in person interview. They seemed eager to hire field personnel. Pay was higher than most companies. People seemed very professional. Office is nice and organized. WFH not offered.

Interview
I was contacted by a third party recruiter, and went through two different phone screens with the agency. After a week, a video interview with two Tetra Tech employees was conducted with the recruiter.
