I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2011
Interview
I got a call after applying online through TI careers portal. They called me and asked me about myself , research experience at university and explained the job description. They called me again to set up on-site interview in dallas and told me to wait for a call about travel arrangements. Day before interview I got a call saying that the job is for undergraduate not for a masters candidate.
This is really the total negative experience and disappointed me a lot.

Interview
Got recruited at a college career fair. I got an initial interview from talking to them at the career fair. The first interview was talking about my experience and some projects I’ve done. Got a second interview a few weeks later. During this one I had to present a 10 min presentation about a project or internship I’ve done. Then the rest of the interview was behavioral questions to see if I would be a great fit.

Interview
Common interview questions, the interview was pretty chill and casual. The interviewer tries to orient you a bit about the company and the industry. Still no update or offers after weeks though.
