Friendly, helpful and genuinely nice conversation. We talked about my past experiences and why the project interested me, including whether I could handle the workload and write in their structure. After the interview, I had to complete a writing sample task - but I did not follow through as another opportunity came up.

Very simple interview process. They want to know whether you have writing experience and that you are well versed with the borgen project mission and organization. It was a phone interview
It was a very easy interview with basic questions about myself and my knowledge on the company. They want to make sure you are committed and will be able to fund raise

Interview
The interview was a straightforward 10 minute Zoom call with basic interview questions. The interviewer talks for some time about what to expect from the position. A writing sample is also needed after the interview.
