Took about 2 months to get to the phone interview. It started with a skype interview called Hirevue. About two weeks later I received an email about a phone interview. A week after the interview I was informed I did not be moved on in the application process. Overall my contact was nice, I just did not meet the requirements for the position.

The first process is a virtual interview, done over video, questions were given with 30 sec to read over then 2 minutes to respond, 3 questions total, practice round optional.
