It is a 5 round gauntlet interview process. They spend the money up front to make sure they get the right people in this position.
The first stage is the HireVue skype interview. The second is a meeting with District and regional manager. The third is a shadow day with a senior brewery representative. The fourth is meeting the division director. The final stage is going to Oakland to interview with the VP of sales.
