Met with a CB in the group first for ~30 and discussed my background. They then followed up with a 2.5 hour interview with a number of members in the lab including the PI

Question 1
There were a number of questions ranging from what is the central dogma of biology to some basic CS interview questions

Interview
Phone screen, Coding interview, followed by interviews with group leader and finally I presented to the group and did panel interviews with each group member. Everyone was very kind. I got to speak with early career, post docs and senior scientists.
