I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Santa Monica, CA)
Interview
Basic Interview. There was nothing difficult about the process, just be confident in yourself and do minimal research on the company. I actually waited almost an hour after the time I was scheduled waiting for the hiring manager to finally get to me. It did not even look busy at the time either. I was also 18 at the time, and didn't know my value nor how to stick up for myself. I dealt with one specific manager who was awful and just went with whatever the guest said and not defend the workers. But it was a solid place to work, there were always hours and very busy especially on weekends. I held 5 positions there and trained other newbies. I learned alot of customer service and restaurant skills in my 2 years there.
