Pretty standard interview, 2 first-year program associates asked behavioral interview questions like "tell us about a time you had a conflict with someone on a team' and "tell us about a time you came advocated for an unpopular change"

Interview was pretty straight forward. Highlight your strengths as they relate to the position applied for and show interest in the company. Only made it to the first rounds there isn't much advice I can give. Good luck and what's meant for you will work out! :)
