Overall a longer interview process (could be shorter depending on your schedule) consisting of 4 short phone/video interviews and one full day in the field with another short video interview during.
Recruiter got back to me usually within an hour after interview to explain and schedule the next step.
First was a 10 minute phone call explaining the position with the initial recruiter.
Second was a personality test/interview with another recruiter. Very standard questions.
Third interview was a video interview at the nearest property to me with a different recruiter. Supposed to take 30 mins but only took about 20. Again, very standard questions.
Fourth interview was another video interview at the same property with a different recruiter/trainer. Same questions as the previous interview.
Fifth interview/Round was a full day in the field (9a-6p) with the property manager who was also a corporate trainer. Ive read a lot of people complaining about this step but I very much enjoyed this and think its a very great tool to see if the job is actually something you could see yourself doing. While spending the day there, I got to see some of their processes, the job description, bonus and benefit system and got to tour an apartment they had to offer. The employees we're knowledgeable, fierce (in a good way) and open to questions. During the day I had another video interview with the regional manager who actually decided on my offer.
Really, each interview has the same exact questions which gives you a chance to really perfect your answers.
