The Hanover Insurance Group interview questions

I applied on a Tuesday. Interviewer asked me to let them know times I was available on Friday. I gave her several times I was available. I e-mailed and called repeatedly before Friday to try and confirm a time. Never heard back from the agent so I chose to work on Friday, figuring that we had nothing scheduled. Interviewer calls me at the first available time I stated for Friday expecting me to be ready and available for an interviewer, only e-mailing me 2 hours ahead of time to confirm an interview time. I thought this was a rude and disrespectful way to communicate in setting up an interview time. I continue to try and reschedule via e-mail and phone, eventually scheduling an interview for over 3 weeks after the initial interview times. Held a phone interview for about 1 hour, have followed up multiple times, and never heard anything back from them.

The phone interview was very smooth and more conversational Dedicate at least two hours to the face to face interview. The first half hour was a job shadow followed by interviews with several levels of management. Some of these were done on the phone due to out of state location. The recruiter was in constant contact but took several days of counter offers and were still not able to meet my current salary
