Terrible, had over 6 long interviews where I received overwhelmingly positive feedback only to find out they had about 10 other candidates doing the same thing. Waste of time and very unclear process. Also took about 3 months.

Interview
The interview process was very straight forward. Hiring manager was easy to talk to and very conversational. Mostly just reviewing the job description and questions about how your prior experience can be applied to the position.

Are you comfortable working independently with little supervision?
The First interview was with the hiring manager, second interviews with Chair and Director. It was a Quick process, all staff were very professional. It was a positive experience overall, transparency is key.
