The Tile Shop, Inc. interview questions

The interview was ok, no “what is your greatest strength/weakness” questions. It was more of a explanation of the process and history of the company. I was asked very few questions about my experience and what I could contribute to the company. I declined the offer because of their pay structure. It’s a draw and commission. I’ve worked in different showrooms for over a decade and this pay structure is extremely low considering the fact that there wasn’t much traffic. The store manager was the only one there at my time of interview.
