The interview process was very comprehensive and well managed. The entire process took around a month.
There were three initial screens before being invited onsite (two calls, one in-person interview). These screens were mostly fit based, but one of the interviews dug very deeply into my deal experience and how I thought about businesses in relation to finance (risks, opportunities for growth, ability to scale, etc.).
For the onsite interview, I presented a comprehensive case study and a financial model to a group of seven people across different departments. They asked challenging, thought-provoking questions about the business and the advertising technology industry, which evolved into a collaborative discussion from all parties. They also asked finance-specific questions that tested my understanding of corporate finance. The onsite also included four additional interviews, which were mostly fit based.
The Talent Acquisition team was very prompt and gave appropriate feedback. Overall, the process was one of the most professional and comprehensive that I've experienced.
