After I filled out an application online through Indeed, the next day I got an email saying my application was being reviewed. The following day I was asked to click on a link to pick an interview time. There was only one time available. After a phone screen, I drove over to the location to meet the manager. There weren't questions like "what can you offer us," but it was more her going through what the position was. After that I was told I would be contacted by the end of the week.
