The first interview was over the phone with the store manager, the second was in person with the manager, and the final interview was over the phone with the district manager. The onboarding process took about two weeks after the last interview was over.

Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.
