This is not a traditional type of interview....There are no difficult questions.....just "tell me about yourself" or "run me through your resume". It leaves a little interested on how exactly they base their hiring decisions. It really seems that it's all about your passion for affiliate marketing and their culture, which really means do you fit in and will you love your job?
