REVIEW: Management is so backwards in how to run the company that they are forced to offer overtime 7 days a week to try and make up for their month long backlog of work. Instead of hiring employees at wage rate that will make them want to come into work they hire 50 temps a month and cycle through them until they have narrowed the pool down to 10 who are willing to work for 13 an hour and do decent work. The culture if this organization is pretty much dont let employees stay on longer then 10 months and fire them before the 1 year review so they dont get to become a perm employee. Also, dont even dream about speaking your mind freely because people like to throw each other under the bus here for any given reason to advance themselves in the eyes of the slave owners. I worked here for 9 months before resigning for a better position else where and in my 9 months I only saw 1 employee get transitioned from a temp to a perm (and she had been there 18 months) even though approx 10 perm employees had quit during my employment duration. Basically, ppl are just numbers to them and they dont care about who they hire as temps. They will smile to your face and then later that evening you get a call form the recruiter saying you are fired and to not come back the next day. I saw this happen to many of my colleagues and its a shame because most of them were good people with a lot of other stuff on their plate to worry about besides losing their jobs during the holidays. Once, they even fired a person for putting in their two weeks notice! on the spot, they wouldn't even let her come back in gather her belongings from her desk. The recruiter had to drive all the way from Claremont to box her stuff up while she stood at the glass doors locked out and humiliated in front of everyone. Bottom line, just head this warning, this is coming from someone who quit and was not fired, so I have no ill will towards them in that regard but I want everyone in San Diego to know how this place really operates because they are selling dreams to people that are not going to come true and its not fair to people as humans to be such a dishonest organization.
