I have 5 years of sale service in retail store . From pen to paint and copies to staples. But I cannot insist customer to buy thing that they don't need or if they want paper I gave them pen take this , customer will purchase that but when they realise they will not comeback. If there's something that I Don't know I ask my fellow colleagues to find . That's how I work here . I try to make customer not onetime but life time.
