This is a pretty standard question, but i think a lot of people aren't prepared. They don't actually want to know your personal history or a resume walk through (that's "walk me through your resume"), but a 1-2 minute intro that includes, undergrad > work experience > learnings or pivots > current situation > why their role > why their company > what you hope to bring.
