Interview
Fairly straightforward, was phoned up about the company. A few days later, arranged a telephone interview, lasted about an hour. Face-to-face interview at their London office lasted about 2 hours. Interviewed by two team leaders first, which included a business case study (identifying key people in a business process, what problems you might encounter). Then interviewed by two HR staff. Both involved lots of in-depth competency questions, but they were fairly friendly. Wish I had prepared more!

Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.

Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.
