TikTok Project Manager interview questions

Smooth and fast during the interview - asked a serious of standard questions about product intuition, what metrics to collect to measure the outcome etc. However, response was delayed by a month.

The entire interview process was very strange. The recruiter was an hour late for the phone screen and didn’t let me know. Then on interview day, the hiring manager showed up late and asked very vague general questions about my work. There were a few red flags - 1. how impersonal the whole process was 2. the lack of personality the interviewer showed throughout 3. the language barrier between myself and the interviewer. Based on this experience, I am clueless to how TikTok is achieving the success they are having and I will not apply again.
