I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tory Burch in Apr 2015
Interview
I interviewed for an intern position in planning. I was informed 1-2 weeks after the interview that they filled that position but wanted to interview me for a position on the sales team. I had a very casual interview with two members of the sales team I would be reporting to and was given an offer a couple of days later.
First, had a brief interview with hiring manager. Questions about interests, knowledge of the brand. Then, had an interview with the 2 heads of the department I wanted to work in. More in-depth questions about how I would do certain things in that role, and gave a better look at what I would be doing.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tory Burch (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
I had an interview with an HR representative, and then two interviews with people within my field. Everyone was super nice and engaging and the questions were not extremely difficult.
