I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2017
Interview
Phone call interview was a smooth process. The recruiter person was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. She first called to set up a phone interview and once was set up, the phone interview lasted about 15 minutes. Just make sure you do your research about the company and show your motivation for making money, I think they like to see that. I think this will be a great job opportunity for someone that recently graduated from college. You start with a based salary, but once you build your business book, the job has lots of potentials to make money.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Portland, OR) in Nov 2025

Question 1
A difficult experience I have been able to overcome
I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.
3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
