It was a very rigorous process with multiple interviews. Starts off with a phone interview which seemed pretty standard. The next couple was with different people that work in the office which was nice. you were allowed to ask anything and they all answered honestly. the last is with a manager and it was somewhat intimidating but overall not a bad experience just took a lot of time more than usual.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Portland, OR) in Nov 2025

Two phone calls, 1 in person interview, reference check. Process thus far has lasted about one month. Recruiter has been very helpful. Connected with the company at a university career fair.

Interview
The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.
3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
