Total Quality Logistics Recruiter interview questions

1. Phone screen with an initial recruiter 2. Emailed written questions to the same recruiter 3. HOUR-LONG formal phone interview when I was told that it would be no longer than 25 minutes. I was completely grilled on every single answer to the point where it felt like an interrogation. 4. Received a call from the hiring manager a few days before Christmas that I didn't answer because I was already with family. Called back a few minutes later and they proceeded to ignore every single one of my calls from that point. I would call every few days to be sent to voicemail. A friend that works there told me they wanted to offer me a job but I didn't pick up the first call so they moved to the next person. Would not want to work there anyways from what I saw of them. Very bad vibe.

Very easy and straightforward. The interviewer was very polite and asked questions that were relevant to the hiring position. The interview lasted roughly 30-40 minutes total. I enjoyed the interview process. Very accommodating and professional
