Total Quality Logistics Sales Associate interview questions

The worst and with inappropriate questions when I got to the last interview of 4 interviews. They did not like the fact that I was a server and that I was continuing my education. It felt like a boys club.

Very lengthy interview process for an entry level role. I got to the third interview, where they make you do an assignment and complete three timed tests. I was told I'd hear back within the week, and waited two weeks before finally getting a "no". Which is fine, but at least spell my name correctly??? They also basically tell you there is no work life balance whatsoever. One of the documents I signed states that you'll be expected to be on call 24/7? Pretty sure that is illegal!! Whole interview process is a red flag not to work for this company.
