Total Quality Logistics Sales Representative NETwork Program interview questions

I applied online through the careers page on their company website. I was contacted within 72 hours to set up a phone interview. During the phone interview, I was told I would be sent more information about the benefits of the company later that day. It has been three weeks since the interview and I have to receive an email with this information. I also was told that within two weeks I would be told either way if I was moving on in the hiring process. I have yet to hear anything. The recruiter was very rude to me during the phone interviewing. She continuously questioned if I was willing to move. When I said I was, she kept saying " Well I don't think thats right for you or you should find a position closer to where your at". It was like she knew before the interview that I was not going to be moving on in the process. This company does a very poor job of following up with prospective employees and shows a lack of respect for individuals.
