I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers
Interview
I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then behavioral interview with the hiring manager and technical interview with several developers. Behavioral interview was fairly standard. Technical interview did not involve leetcode/hackerrank exercises, instead talked in depth about my current tech stack and recent projects, plus some trivia questions. The process moved quickly. I was hired only a few weeks after applying.

Interview
I've just had 2 rounds of interview. The first round was with a team lead and the second round was with a manager (or director). Their office is in Atlanta. If I pass the 2nd round, the final one will be in office. The interviews went well and people were nice.
