Reached out by a recruiter who used a template and offered no personal touches or uniqueness. She said they loved my background and would be a good fit and asked for my resume. After I sent in my resume she said I was not a fit. So what was it? I can tell that she was probably new or did not do her job well as she only used a template and was not transparent at all. I find that totally disrespectful and a waste of time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TriNet (Dublin, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
One of the most tedious processes I've ever experienced. 8 interviews later..... I was finally offered the position. The company which happens to be a human resource guru had the worlds worst background checking company. Somewhere in India where they would call on a rote programmed script and not be able to deviate from that. Also, calls at 2 and 3 am were a bit much . How dumb can this be?
