Interview
The interview was set up similar to "speed dating," so each person interviewing was able to interview with each unit for 5 mins each, and then transition to the next unit. I liked being able to interview with each unit, but as I now try to weigh my options between offers, I cannot remember which unit was which during interviewing.

What made you chose nursing? Areas of interest and why? When was a time you had to critically think? When was a time you had to advocate for a patient? What is the craziest thing you have done in the last year?
Panel interview with multiple units, you get to talk to them for about 3 minutes. Then you get offers from each unit that wants to offer you a position. Must have a phone call interview before getting the in person.
nice interviewers. the interviewers were very professional. the interviewers were very straightforward and simple. i felt at ease the whole time during the interview. they made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
