Turner Construction Intern - Hourly interview questions

I first met members of the Turner team at a college recruiting fair. They seemed very approachable and were easy-going. The fair was on the Thursday afternoon and after leaving my resume I received a call 2 business days later on the Monday. During the call I was asked if I would like to come in for an interview to discuss what type of experience I had and what I would like to gain from an internship experience. We organized to meet Friday that week. The whole process was quite straight forward and simple. The interview itself was one-on-one and very relaxed. It felt more like a catch-up than an interview. I didn't feel under pressure or rushed to get through interview style questions. The interviewer shared some of his experiences and about how he did when he first interviewed with Turner.
