Recruiter phone call Hiring Manager Interview Technical Interview Take Home Assignment Panel Interview The recruiter was very disorganized. After the hiring manager and technical interview I was scheduled for a panel interview, then they sent me an assignment and mentioned you need to present this in panel interview. They required to submit the assignment in a week but they scheduled the panel interview for the next day. On the day of the panel interview they canceled the interview and asked to only submit the assignment for a review. Then they rescheduled me for the panel interview. At the end of panel interview there was no guidance on what to expect and when to expect to hear back. Simply they dropped the call after the final call. I followed up multiple times after the panel interview and finally got an automatic response saying they are not pursuing my candidacy anymore. They provided no feedback whatsoever. I spent 5 hours on the assignment, 5 hours on the calls and an hour or two reading up on the company, but they didn't care to spend 5 minutes to provide some feedback and write a personal email or give me a call as a courtesy. They did not seem serious about hiring.
